Consultants

ELISABETH LOGMAN

Elisabeth holds a master of science in historic preservation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and she has lectured and written on historic masonry materials and techniques. Elisabeth has a background in historic masonry conditions surveys, estimating and historic building materials research; and her services also include architectural surveys and National Register nominations.

Elisabeth is available to assist clients in assessing and documenting potential historic significance; identifying and documenting existing conditions and historic integrity; and recommending appropriate options that reflect the historic characteristics of the building as well as the building's intended use. Elisabeth also helps clients identify and secure available tax credits that can offset the cost of qualified restoration work.

We also bring in additional consultants on a project-by-project basis depending on the experience and skills required for a particular project.
